PABIM1
PABIM1 :
Plateformes Autonomes en Biogéochimie - Instrumentations et Mesures
Project leader : Fabrizio D'Ortenzio
PABIM was a project funded by the Group Mission Mercator Coriolis (GMMC) with a twofold objective:
- To implement a set of automatic quality control tests for the oxygen and chlorophyll-a data collected with autonomous platforms.
- To write a "White Book4.24 Mo", or “user's manual”, on the present day status of the biogeochemical oceanic observations performed with autonomous platforms to share the authors experiences with an enlarged community.
PABIM was composed by eight French laboratories strongly involved in scientific activities related to the exploitation and use of autonomous platforms such as gliders, profiling floats and animals for biogeochemical oceanic observations.
